About

Alice Kwan

I’m a self-taught artist living in Oxford, originally from Hong Kong. I make paintings that respond to place, memory and quiet everyday moments: Cafes, streets and the way light falls.

Working from observation and from memory, I use loose lines and a muted palette to create atmosphere rather than photographic detail.

My work has been shown in Oxfordshire Artweeks and featured on Sky Arts’ Landscape Artist of the Year (2026).

I work with galleries, brands and private clients on original commissions, prints and collaborative projects.
